1. What is Windows Firewall Unit?

Windows Firewall Unit is a rogue computer security program, which displays fake alerts about viruses in order to deceive user and persuade him to register the program by purchasing license. The program belongs to the same family as Windows Saviour Firewall, Windows Accidents Prevention, Windows Anticrashes Utility, Windows Troubles Solver, Windows Custom Settings, Windows Necessary Firewall, Windows Risks Preventions, Windows Profile System, Windows Precautions Center, Windows Repairing System.

After rebooting the computer your normal desktop will not be displayed, because of Windows Firewall Unit. The program will ask to perform computer scan and after the scan is over a list of found threats will be generated. All threats in that list are not real and should be disregarded. To get back to normal desktop, Windows Firewall Unit should be closed.

3. How to remove Windows Firewall Unit:

  1. Internet connection might be disabled or Internet browser might be blocked by Windows Firewall Unit, so it won't be possible to download any files to infected computer. In this case please download all files required for Windows Firewall Unit removal to another computer and then transfer them on the infected one using CD/DVD or USB flash drive.
