1. What is System Security 2009?

It is a fake anti-virus/anti-spyware PC application, intended to flood user with warnings and alerts about his computer system disorder, associated with various viruses, spyware and other threats. All these precautionary messages are false alarm and should not be trusted due to the fact that System Security 2009 uses them as a scare weapon and make user believe his computer system is insecure. To bluff user, the program generates incorrect and exaggerated computer scan reports followed by advice windows, asking user to pay for virus removal. System Security 2009 is a scam and no payment should be made, the rather that the program is unable to remove any sort of computer infections.
Even if the computer is free from viruses and spyware, System Security 2009 will generate a report, containing simulated items in it.
System Security 2009 is being spread by a Trojan (fake system alerts) so it is very important to remove its predecessor as well, otherwise the program will re-appear again.

· Windows NT;
· Windows XP;
· Windows Vista.

· Fake System Alert activity;
· Frequent computer scans;
· Repeated "buy licensed program version" requests;
· Slow computer performance.

3. How to remove System Security 2009:

  1. Internet connection might be disabled or Internet browser might be blocked by System Security 2009, so it won't be possible to download any files to infected computer. In this case please download all files required for System Security 2009 removal to another computer and then transfer them on the infected one using CD/DVD or USB flash drive.
  2. To remove System Security 2009 download Spyware Doctor and install the program (for the installation guide click here). Before installation, make sure all other programs and windows are closed.
  3. After the installation, computer scan should be started automatically. If so, please move to the next step. If not, click "Status" on the left side menu and press "Scan Now" button to run computer scanner as shown in the picture below:
